Ordering
We will contact you to confirm the order by e-mail.
If you are paying by card we will contact you by phone to take your card details.
E-mail addresses will not be given or sold to third parties.

Payment
If you are paying by Paypal you will recieve an invoice at least one week before your order is due to be destpatched. This will need to be paid prior to despatch.
If you are paying by Credit/Debit card we will charge the card on the day of despatch.

Cancellations
To cancel a subsription please e-mail Sales@biltongdirect.co.uk
We require 5 working days notice to proccess your cancellation.

Delivery
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
You will need to contact us within 5 days of due delivery date if you do not recieve your order.
